From the kettle in Dhaka to your door

Orders confirmed before 4 pm reach you the next working day. Free delivery above ৳2,500 — otherwise a flat ৳60 charge. Cash on Delivery is available in all Dhaka thanas.

We ship to all 64 districts via Steadfast and SA Paribahan. Standard delivery is 2–4 working days; remote thanas may add one day. Courier charge is a flat ৳120, regardless of order weight up to 2 kg.

Where active local stores exist near you, pickup appears as a delivery option at checkout. Pickup is the fastest route — often same-day — and removes courier handling entirely.

International orders ship from Dhaka via DHL or aramex, settled in USD through Stripe. Delivery is typically 6–10 working days. Customs duties at the destination country are the customer's responsibility; we declare every shipment honestly to avoid hold-ups.

   Inside Dhaka: 1–2 days. Outside: 2–4 days.

You'll receive tracking by email and SMS the evening your order is handed to the courier. Signed-in customers can also follow status from the Account → Orders page.

During Eid, Pohela Boishakh and Victory Day weeks, courier networks slow down. We post expected delays on the announcement bar at the top of the site one week in advance.

• Couriers attempt delivery up to two times before returning to our depot.
• If you're unreachable, we'll email and SMS to reschedule before sending it back.
• A second dispatch on the same order is free; further attempts incur a fresh courier charge.
