If something isn't right, we'll make it right
Tea is personal. If a pouch arrives damaged, the wrong item turns up, or the cup just doesn't sing, write to us — we'd rather replace it than argue about it.

Return eligibility
Sealed, unopened tea may be returned within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Send us a photo of the pouch and your order number, and we'll arrange courier collection (free inside Bangladesh).
Tea freshness policy
Every pouch is dated. If a tea is more than three months past its harvest-pack date when it reaches you, we'll replace it free of charge — no questions, no return needed.
Damaged on arrival
Photograph the parcel and the damaged item within 48 hours of delivery and send it to hello@teashopbd.com. We dispatch a replacement the next working day; the original doesn't need to come back.
Wrong item received
If we shipped the wrong tea, we'll send the correct one immediately and arrange free pickup of the wrong parcel. Please don't open the seal of the wrong item — it lets us reroute it to another customer.
Refund timing
- Stripe (international cards) — 5–10 working days back to the original card.
- EPS / bKash / Nagad — within 7 working days back to the source wallet or card.
- Cash on Delivery — bKash transfer to your phone number, within 3 working days.
Pickup-order returns
For orders collected at a local store, please bring the unopened item back to the same store within 14 days with the order number. The store will inspect, log the return, and the refund follows the timing above.
Non-refundable items
- Opened tea pouches (unless a freshness or quality defect is documented).
- Engraved or personalised gift sets.
- Sale items marked “final sale”.
- Shipping fees, except where the return is due to our error.
Subscription returns
Pause or cancel any subscription anytime from your account. A subscription parcel can be returned under the standard 14-day rule; future shipments stop immediately on cancellation.
